Please read the booking conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis on which bookings are accepted.
1. Secured Payments
Payments are made online on a secure server. Card numbers are NOT saved on our servers.
Credit cards accepted: Visa & Master card.
grekatravel does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.
2. Responsibility
Customers acknowledge by their acceptance, that grekatravel, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for tours, package or transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours and packages.
Furthermore, grekatravel, its agents, and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, theft, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government controls, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
3. Reception of confirmation
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking so that you receive the confirmation of the product booked. We cannot hold responsibility for any problem that may happen if the customer does not receive or read carefully their confirmation.
4. Modifications/Amendments
All requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to grekatravel who will implement the request.
5. Refunds
Prior to Departure
Please refer to the cancellation fees listed within section 6 below.
After Departure
No refunds are available once a tour has started or regarding any package, accommodation or any other services utilized.
6. Cancellation Charges
Canceling a booking with grekatravel may result in cancellation fees being applied. grekatravel may charge cancellation fees as stated below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier/operator above and beyond the fees outlined below. When canceling the booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees:
For up to 72 hours prior the day of the tour there is no charge for cancellations.
Between 24 and 72 hours prior to the day of the tour there is a 50% charge.
No refund for less than 24 hours cancellation of the tour.
7. Prices
Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Paying a booking on grekatravel means you will be charged in Euro (€). If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, grekatravel will contact you.
8. Not Included
Any applicable parking fees, tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, and local guides, baggage and personal insurance, beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product and any other personal expenses.
9. Accuracy
We check and recheck facts about the travel product offered to ensure accuracy. When we are told in advance of a significant change to a booking, we notify the consumer/travel agent/distributor.
10. Booking Arrangements
In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.
